India

{ This next image was the last photo on a roll, taken on a jeep; I didn't think it would turn out, but I love it. }

{ This next one was taken inside my tent. I loved the block prints the most out of all the Indian fabrics. }

{ Watching the sunset at the Monsoon Palace in Udaipur. }

{ Second day, Delhi was mad! }

{ This was my hotel room door in Jaipur. }

{ The spice market in Old Delhi was amazing, the tight little streets and stalls were so fun to explore. }

{ On a motor bike ride around Pushkar, I hopped off to snap the colors on this cart. }

{ After taking a local bus, we got in a jeep which took us to an ancient fort to spend the night. This was another shot to finish the roll! They seem to be the best. }

{ I was only allowed in one camera to the Taj Mahal and one roll of film. Since you have to dress very modestly in India, I always wore a scarf over my v-neck tees (which was also good for keeping dust off you in the back of a jeep, the sun off you in the desert and bugs off you on the safari)...and a good spot to tuck a few a extra rolls of film in while visiting the Taj. }

{ We visited a small factory where they were making scarves and saris. }

{ The princess in Udaipur was getting married the weekend we were there and there was a lot of bustle around the palace. }

{ One of my favorite unexpected experiences was taking the rough local trains. }

{ Castle Bijapur welcomed us with a chain of marigolds. }

{ A garlic farmer shows us her field as the sun set. }
